Shipping

Most Firebird Studios orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Expedited Shipping

If expedited shipping is available at checkout, the selected shipping speed applies after your order has been processed. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Firebird Studios is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make every effort to correct it before shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
