Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your Firebird Studios purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition. A $6 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us so we can make it right. In these cases, Firebird Studios will cover return shipping when applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to process the refund.
Firebird Studios reserves the right to decline returns of items that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage after delivery.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
If you need a different size, color, or style, please submit a return request through our online return portal and note the exchange you’d like. A $6 return shipping fee applies. Any difference in price between items will be charged or refunded as applicable.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another item or receive a refund to your original payment method.
